How to fill in a competition entry form

To complete your form you need to know your ASA registration number. If you don't know this this you can find it here on the ASA website.
If your name does not come up in the search please email the Membership Secretary membership@cocsc.org.uk
The times you need to enter vary from competition to competition you need to read the rules carefully to find out if you need to have achieved your times at a licensed event.
If you do you can only use the times in the ASA rankings. You can get a list of your best ASA times using this link ASA Rankings
Sometimes you need licensed times that have been achieved in a certain time period, so double check as this may not be your fastest recorded time!
If the rules do not state that you need licensed times you can use times from unlicensed events such as the Mini Meets or timed swims achieved in training. If you need your coach to give you these times, please ensure to ask in plenty of time to get your form completed.
Closing dates please ensure you get your form in in plenty of time to be processed. All of our gala entry managers are volunteers. It is much appreciated if you can get your form in early.
Finally, the most important part is to sign to say you agree to the rules. As above all competitions have different rules so please take the time to read them when you enter.
