Erica Meissner was in scintillating form gaining gold medals in the 50 fly and 100 back while gaining silver in the 50 back. Katie little was also on form gaining a gold medal in the junior 50 and 100 breaststroke, while Richard Jefferies picked up the final top placing in the men's 100 fly to see him to return to form. It was also great to see the club being very competitive in the relays events with the club picking up a bronze in the 4x100 free and a silver in the 4x100 IM. The boys picked up a silver in the 4x100 IM and the 4x100 free.
“We had some great swims throughout the meet and it was encouraging to see swimmers mixing it with some of the top swimmers nationally,” commented Head Coach, James Freezer. “Coming away with great results as we head into the key part of the season will leave the swimmers positive and enthused”.
