City of Cambridge swimmer Alice Rush has gained her first qualification at National Level, Alice, will be competing in the Disability Short Course Nationals held in Sheffield this November.
Alice who swims with the City of Cambridge disability squad has shown great dedication to training over the last year and this has really paid off, with great improvements to her times and the national qualifications.
The talented 13 year old will be competing in the 50m and 100m freestyle the 50m backstroke and 50m breastroke as well as the 100m Individual Medley.
This is a great chance for Alice to swim against strong competition at a national level, and will hopefully be the first of many forays onto the national stage.
Good Luck to Alice in Sheffield!
